A film enthusiast and wine connoisseur (tastings are available in the cellar next to the gîte), Bruno welcomes you to an authentic 17th-century Burgundian residence steeped in history (a former farmhouse and winemaker's house), meticulously restored with style and taste, nestled in the heart of a picturesque little rural hamlet, a stone's throw from the vineyards (Viré-Clessé appellation) and 8 km from Chardonnay, the historical birthplace of the legendary, world-renowned grape variety of the same name. A superb landscaped setting (a protected area designated as a ZNIEFF for its rich flora and fauna), nestled at the foot of the Burgy mountain (a preserved massif offering exceptional panoramic views all the way to Mont Blanc on a clear day!), in the heart of the Mâconnais hills and its bucolic rolling vineyard countryside, alternating between vineyard slopes, meadows, and wild forests. A very comfortable and spacious gîte. A spacious living area boasts a beautiful cathedral ceiling. Its elegant country charm, with contemporary touches, blends tradition and modernity in the spirit of a country loft, enhanced by the building's original character (preserved Burgundy stone walls, stone and wood lintels, exposed beams, terracotta tiles, an old bread oven, a stone sink and warming rack, a French-style ceiling, etc.) and the carefully curated décor reflecting the owner's love of film. It exudes charm and character, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A large, sunny gravel terrace (flowering and planted) adjoins a pleasant little garden.
